Facility & Spectator Policy

Parking

• Parking is shared with other community users, including pickleball participants

• Please be respectful and park in designated areas only

• NO DOUBLE PARKING

• Do not block access roads, driveways, or emergency routes

• Vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense if parked improperly

Smoking / Vaping / Alcohol

• NO SMOKING OR VAPING by parents, coaches, or spectators

• This applies to ALL LPSA events, including practices, games, and fundraisers

• No alcohol is permitted at any LPSA event

Pets

• NO DOGS ALLOWED during LPSA events

• This includes all practices, games, and organized activities

We understand this is a public park; however, during LPSA events, dogs are not permitted in or around field and spectator areas.

Field & Facility Care

• No children are to be left unattended in restrooms

• Vandalism or damage to facilities will not be tolerated

• Any damage may result in financial responsibility for the parent/guardian

Children & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

• This includes playground areas, restrooms, and surrounding facilities

• Children may NOT be left unattended at any time

• The playground is not a substitute for supervision or childcare

Enforcement

Failure to follow these policies may result in:

Verbal warning

Removal from the facility

Suspension from future events

• If necessary, enforcement may involve the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office

• Individuals may be trespassed from the facility
