We are committed to creating a positive, structured, and development-focused environment where players can improve, compete, and prepare for the next level.

Player Commitment

As a player, I agree to:

• give my best effort at all practices and games

• be coachable and willing to learn

• maintain a positive attitude

• support my teammates and represent my team with respect

• listen to and follow direction from my coaches during games and practices

• communicate with my coach if I will miss practice or a game

We believe strong habits in the classroom are part of being a successful athlete.

Players are encouraged to:

• stay in good academic standing

• put school responsibilities before sports

• develop habits that prepare them for middle school and high school athletics

Academic Accountability Option (Optional)

Families who choose to opt in agree to the following:

• parents may hold their athlete accountable for school performance

• participation may be adjusted by the family to prioritize academics

• the goal is to build responsibility and preparation for the next level

Attendance & Accountability

• players are expected to attend practices and games consistently

• if a player cannot attend, communication is expected ahead of time

• players are expected to be on time and ready to participate

Coach Commitment

As your coach, I commit to:

• creating a safe, positive, and structured environment

• treating all players with respect

• helping each player develop and improve

• being prepared and organized

• communicating clearly with players and parents

• making decisions in the best interest of player development and the team

Communication

• players are encouraged to communicate directly with coaches when appropriate

• parents should support a coach-led environment

• concerns should be addressed respectfully and at appropriate times

24-Hour Rule

To promote respectful and productive communication:

• concerns will not be addressed immediately before, during, or after games or practices

• a 24-hour period is required before discussing concerns with a coach

• players are encouraged to communicate with coaches first when appropriate

• discussions will be handled respectfully and at an appropriate time
